Index is the best band I had never heard about until recently. This is a psych-rock band that played around Detroit in the late 60's. They put out several albums but this is the only one I have so far. Please check it out and ask your parents why you didn't get to listen to Index when you were little.

I too recently became aware of this group. Odd that I never heard of them sooner as I know a sit in Detroit listen to music all the time. According to what I've read they only ever made 2 albums, one in 1967 and another in 1969. Although I think it isn't, after I listen to this I'll be able to confirm if it is the same as the one I posted on my blog: http://spacerockmountain.blogspot.com/2010/09/index-index-1967.html
