He was a diabetic so plausible deniability could easily be fashioned. Strokes are often used as methods of political assassinations. Activists, political dissidents (think Farakhans rival, Yes, Farakhan is CIA and has used CIA tools to kill off rivals. Simply put, Patrice was a phenomenal comediene with strong appeal, but was very unpredicatable, outing the establishment (See Opie and Anthony: Patrice on Tracy Morgan Gay Controversy)
